Bruce Johnson
Executive Vice President - Mid-Atlantic Region
Bruce has a total of 18 years of engineering experience that includes Cost Segregation Studies, facilities management, and capital project management. Prior to co-founding Bedford Capital Consulting's Mid-Atlantic region, Bruce was Manager of Solutions Design for Johnson Controls, Inc. Bruce was responsible for developing viable projects to increase clients' cash flow through operational projects.
Bruce has completed over a hundred Cost Segregation Studies on such property types as multi-family, office, food processing, golf courses, warehouses, trucking facilities, auto dealerships, and self storage. His academic background includes a B.S. in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and a MBA from the University of New Haven. Bruce has lectured extensively on the subject of Cost Segregation Studies both through private seminars for Bedford clients and public seminars for real estate and financial service companies and associations. In addition, Bruce has served as guest lecturer at Temple University.
