Greg Bryant
President
Greg has over 30 years construction and engineering experience spanning project conceptualization through construction and asset management. Greg previously developed in excess of 5 million square feet of commercial and retail property throughout North America.
Previously, Greg was Sr. Vice President of one of the nation's largest real estate due diligence firms. His responsibilities included new program development and implementation focusing on the needs of owners and operators of commercial real estate. Programs developed ranged from enhanced pre-acquisition engineering studies, comprehensive construction management programs and cost segregation services for many national accounts. Greg has authored numerous articles for regional and national publications and has lectured extensively on the subject of cost segregation.
Greg received an undergraduate pre-law degree from Dawson College, Montreal and has completed graduate studies at Loyola College, Baltimore. He is a member of IFMA and NAREIT and ICSC where he serves as a faculty member of the University of Shopping Centers School of Finance, Accounting and Lease Administration. Greg is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of NH and serves on the Board of Directors of YMCA Camp Coniston, where he chairs the facility committee.
