Jacob Hopper
Vice President - Strategic Development
Jacob has nearly 10 years of marketing and business development experience within the professional services arena. He oversees all marketing and communications initiatives for Bedford Capital Consulting. Jacob is also responsible for identifying and developing strategic corporate relationships and new markets for the firm.
In addition, Jacob is a founding partner of CSS Technologies, a software development firm dedicated to cost segregation and technological advancements in the commercial real estate industry. Jacob’s hands on experience with research and product development provide him with a unique and comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of cost segregation and the industry as whole.
Jacob is a graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in consumer studies. He has authored numerous articles on cost segregation and frequently speaks to local and regional organizations about this valuable tax planning strategy. Jacob is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where he sits on the associations Next Generation committee in NY.
