Jeff Latimer, CCIM
Vice President, Business Development - New England Region
As Vice President for Northern New England, Jeff Latimer is responsible for client development and works closely with real estate owners, developers, and their tax advisors.
Prior to joining Bedford, Jeff was an account manager for Bricsnet involved with the development and implementation of facility management, project management and leasing software.
Jeff has hands on experience with real estate having managed a 1.5 million square foot portfolio of retail, office and apartment properties. As a commercial broker he was involved in sale and lease transactions for all property types. He has led and moderated national marketing meetings for the Society of Exchange Counselors.
Jeff received a BS Degree in Economics and Business from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. He has earned the professional designations of CCIM and SEC. Jeff is also a graduate of Leadership Austin.
