Neil Poillon
Director, Business Development - Mid-South Region
Neil has over 25 years of financial analysis experience as a career banker and professional money manager. He has a MBA from the University of San Diego. Neil first applied his MBA performing real estate partnership analysis for a bank trust department. In addition he was a real estate lender that specialized in unique real estate loans. As the Vice President of Investments for a property and casualty insurance company he provided funds for real estate acquisition and development. Neil currently holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate license, insurance licenses and securities license.
As Director of Business Development he consults with CPAs, attorneys and real estate holders to help explore how cost segregation studies might benefit the owners. He is active in the Ohio, West Virgina, Western PA and Long Island NY markets.
