Steve Beaucaire, MST
Vice President - Tax
Steve has over 30 years experience in the field of taxation, both in private industry and public accounting. Prior to joining the Bedford Capital team, Steve was the Tax Manager with a regional public accounting firm (95+ CPAs) and specialized in cost segregation studies. Steve has significant experience in cost segregation dating back to Investment Tax Credit cases brought before IRS Appeals to more current IRS pronouncements.
Steve’s previous experience - with more than 600 cost segregation studies - ranges from studies of small facilities to research and development studies for large facilities. He was previously the President of the New England Chapter of Tax Executives Institute and received his M.S. in Taxation from Bryant College, B.S in Accounting from Bentley College, and B.A. in Sociology from Stonehill College.
