Suzanne Hastings
Regional Manager - Southeast Region
Suzanne has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and professional services. As Bedford’s Regional Manager for Central and North Florida, she is responsible for business development and works closely with real estate owners, developers, and their tax advisors.
Prior to joining Bedford, Suzanne was a Business Development Consultant with Bayview Financial Exchange Services where she promoted 1031 exchange services and conducted educational seminars for real estate, accounting and law firms and other professional groups. Suzanne has also worked in commercial real estate with Grubb & Ellis and Carter and Associates where she was involved in the transaction of office leasing and sales.
Suzanne received her BA from Lynchburg College and did post graduate work at George Mason University. She is active in the commercial real estate community and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
