Thomas (Tom) Schutz
Executive Vice President - Southwest Region
Tom has been involved with sales, marketing, product management and executive management since the mid-70’s. Most recently, he was the Founder of a company providing Cost Segregation and Research & Development Tax Credit Studies to both commercial property owners and CPAs nationwide. Over a span of 20 plus years, he has held numerous positions in the high-tech industry, most recently as Partner and Vice President of Sales for a decision support & financial analysis software company based in Northern California. Additionally, Tom was Vice President of Channel Sales for a company marketing computer solutions to the customer care sector.
Tom graduated with a BA in Marketing and a minor in Political Science from Upsala College in New Jersey. Tom obtained his California Real Estate License almost 30 years ago and since that time has helped finance and manage several real estate projects.
