We are highly qualified and employ a true engineering methodology;

• Our technical staff is comprised of professional engineers (P.E.s), multi-disciplinary engineers, architects, facility experts and construction professionals. All have at least a four year related technical degree and a minimum of ten years relevant experience
• We have an in-house tax department with extensive cost segregation experience to support our team, CPA / Tax advisor relationships and clients
We enforce a very rigid quality control process which includes a senior technical and tax review on every project to ensure accuracy;
• Each study is certified by at least three professionals, (1) the field engineer(s) who conducted and wrote the report, (2) the senior engineer who reviewed the report and, (3) our VP of Tax who also reviews each report
