Speaker:
Steven D. Beaucaire – Vice President, Tax

Steve has over 30 years experience in the field of taxation, both in private industry and public accounting.  Prior to his employment with Bedford, Steve was a Tax Manager for a mid-sized public accounting firm where he specialized in cost segregation.  Steve has significant experience in cost segregation dating back to Investment Tax Credit cases brought before IRS Appeals through more current IRS pronouncements.  His experience includes the review of more than 1,200 cost segregation studies encompassing a wide range of property types and sizes.

Steve previously served as president of the New England Chapter of Tax Executives Institute. He has a Masters of Science in Taxation from Bryant College, Smithfield, RI; a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley College, Waltham, MA; and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Stonehill College, Easton, MA.  He is a faculty member for Lorman Education and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) University of Shopping Centers School of Finance, Accounting and Lease Administration
