Bedford is dedicated to providing useful information for those interested in learning more about cost segregation. This section of our Website is designed to provide a variety of resources including a library of articles and newsletters, a full copy of the IRS Cost Segregation Audit Techniques Guide, a link to our online estimator which will allow you to run feasibility reports for specific cost segregation projects, and a list of marketing materials that you can download for use with clients and prospects.

One of our major initiatives at Bedford is to help the cost segregation industry grow and mature with a constant focus on best practices. It is for this very reason that we joined a group of industry experts to form the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP); a professional not for profit organization dedicated to the cost segregation industry. We strongly believe that our industry needs some guidance, including but not limited to a set of professional standards and a code of ethics.
