As an industry leader, Bedford is regularly invited to speak at national, regional, and local events on the topic of cost segregation. This past year we've had the privilege of speaking at ICSC's University of Shopping Centers; at the world renowned Wharton School; the Southern Federal Tax Institute in Atlanta, Georgia (which we will be doing again this October); and mulitiple state CPA societies - to name just a few.
